This area sports a dizzying array of beaches, all within a short walk of 'Starfish', the only difficult thing is deciding which one to go to!
Facilities in Holetown
Holetown is five minutes walk from the apartment, and boasts restaurants, cafes, beach bars, a large supermarket, banks, petrol station and a 24hr medical centre. Chattel Village in Holetown offers quintessentially Caribbean coloured houses where visitors can shop for gifts, clothes and art, there is even a gourmet food shop and a lovely little open air cafe. The recently opened Limegrove Lifestyle Centre is an added attraction, less than ten minutes stroll from the apartment, it offers designer boutiques, restaurants, bars plus a cinema and Duty Free Shopping.

Water Sports and Fishing
Scuba diving, snorkeling trips can be arranged from the Folkestone Marine Centre, fishing, swimming with turtles, boat trips, sailing and jet ski hire are all available in Holetown and the surrounding area
Sightseeing
There are also plenty of churches, museums and other attractions nearby as well as some very scenic walks and driving routes should you choose to hire a car.
Golf
The famous Sandy Lane Golf Course is five minutes drive from 'Starfish' with The Country Club and The Old Nine courses available to the public.
The Royal Westmoreland is 10 minutes drive away, however it has limited public access and pre-booking is essential.

Grantly Adams International airport is situated 15 miles from 'Starfish'
Getting Around
Buses leave Holetown regularly and are a very reasonable way to explore the island.
Car hire is also available, however access to a car is not neccessary.
